Topic:  AGM and 9th General Convention

Introduction:  SGNCAK will hold the AGM and 9th General Convention as scheduled on Saturday, 3rd of April, 2021 virtually using Zoom application.

Aim:  To conduct the SGNCAK’s AGM and General Convention. The community was unable to hold the event, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its restriction, last year. Thus, as an alternative, it was decided to go ahead virtually.

Timings:  The Zoom will start at 09.00 hours on 3 March 2021 and the formal programme will start at 10.00 hours.  All members are requested to log into the Zoom at least 5 minutes before the formal programme starts.  Details of the timing can be found on a separate page.  Please note that the timings is only a rough guide and subject to changes.

Etiquette:  We are now well versed in the conduct of Zooms however you are kindly requested to observe the following points:

  1. Microphones are muted
  2. All individuals join the meeting 5 minutes in advance
  3. Individuals join the meeting with their name – anyone joining with an anonymous device will be removed from the meeting by the host (General Secretary/Secretary).
