Dear Gen Sec, Chairman and members namaste,
The 9th SGNCK General convention was scheduled to be held on 4th Apr 2020. As you all are well acquainted that due to the pandemic it was put on hold and deferred. Furthermore, as there is no guarantee that this invisible enemy will be completely eradicated or when the lockdown will be fully lifted. Therefore, the present Chairman and it is all committees have decided to conduct the General Convention/Election Via zoom on Saturday 3rd of April 2021.
Firstly, my Election Commission (EC) team and I would like to thank the Executive Committee for putting their trust in us. It is, of course, a great honour and a privilege to have been nominated for such a responsible role.
As an EC team, we will do our utmost best to conduct and oversee the election process under the jurisdiction of the Commission’s rules and in liaison with current Chairmen of SGNCAK 3 committees. Please be rest assured that we shall endeavour to undertake our responsibility with fairness, inclusiveness and impartiality in our minds. Similarly, we sincerely hope our SGNCAK members will join us via Zoom in this all-important journey of 9th General Convention and get involved with positivity plus thoughtfulness. We will be able to choose Main, Ladies and Youth executive committee members, that who can lead our society harmoniously.
